Good Pay & No 4 Year Degree

A college education is something that is highly sought after by employers and employees. As college tuition rates soar, it can be harder financially to obtain a four-year degree. Thankfully this does not mean that those without a four-year degree are out of luck. There are many positions that pay well and offer benefits and only require two-year degrees and even less in some cases. Likewise, there are trade schools and community colleges that give students the required training they need in order to advance their careers. In the field of science, technology, engineering, and math, also known as STEM, there are high-paying jobs that do not require a four-year degree.
